Privacy Policy

PeePeeLog is a private baby-care record for families. This policy explains what the international service collects, why it is needed, and the choices available to you. It does not cover the separately operated mainland China service.
Information we process
- Account details such as email address, authentication provider and internal user ID.
- Baby profiles, including name, date of birth and optional gender.
- Sleep, feeding, diaper, growth and diary records you choose to enter.
- Diary photos you choose to upload.
- Family membership and invite information used to share records with caregivers you authorise.
- Technical security and diagnostic data needed to operate and protect the service.
How we use information
We use this information to authenticate users, synchronise family records, provide age-based summaries and sleep suggestions, store diary photos, prevent abuse, respond to support requests and maintain service security. AI sleep guidance receives a minimised routine snapshot; it is not intended to diagnose or treat a medical condition.
Service providers
The international service uses Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database, file storage and server functions. Where you request AI guidance, minimised routine information may be processed by Google Gemini. The free version of the mobile app may use Google AdMob to display general-audience advertising. These providers process information under their applicable security, privacy and data-protection terms.
Advertising
PeePeeLog does not send baby names, dates of birth, care records, diary content, photos, family relationships or AI conversations to advertising providers. The mobile app initially requests non-personalised, general-audience ads and does not request Apple tracking permission. AdMob may process device, advertising interaction, diagnostic and approximate location information needed to deliver, secure and measure ads. Where required, a consent message is shown before ads are requested. You can revisit available choices under My → Ad privacy settings.
Sharing
Your baby records are not public. They are visible to members of a family you join or invite. We do not sell personal information and the app does not use baby-care information for advertising or cross-app profiling.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and family data while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account in PeePeeLog under My → Delete account. If you cannot access the app, use the deletion request page. Some information may remain temporarily in secured provider backups before routine deletion, or where retention is required for fraud prevention or by law.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, export or deletion of your information. You may also remove a baby profile, diary entry, photo or caregiver from within the app. Guardians should only enter information about a child when they have authority to do so.
Security and children
PeePeeLog is designed for parents and caregivers, not for use by children. We use access controls and encrypted network connections, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
